Easy to Use

The iPostJobs online application makes it easy to create a job posting, select your desired job boards and track the responses. You can log-in to initiate a new recruitment campaign from any computer with internet access or check the status of a current campaign or review candidates from a previous campaign anywhere, at any time.

Largest Network of Job Boards

The iPostJobs Network gives companies access to the largest collection of job boards in the world. Our network of over 4,000 top job boards from around the globe is unrivaled in size and breadth. We are constantly adding new job boards and removing those that do not meet our strict standards so that you can be assured that you will always have access to the best job boards via the iPostJobs network. Our state-of-the-art servers and software insure that your job postings are delivered to the selected job boards quickly and accurately. With our sophisticated system, we maintain complete control of each job posting so that if you edit or delete a job posting, iPostJobs will automatically make the changes on your behalf.

Response Tracking

Our industry leading application accurately identifies which job posting and which job board each candidate responds to. It even indicates the time and date of each response. Easy to read graphs help determine when to schedule future job postings to maximize their effectiveness. The Response Tracking feature helps you determine which job boards generate the most responses and when combined with the Response Management feature, you can also determine which job boards generate the most qualified candidates.

Response Management

When you post a job on the iPostJobs Network, you can have candidates forwarded to your company’s website or to an applicant tracking system to complete an online application. Some companies prefer candidates to complete an online application so that all their responses are in a standardized format. However, as some applications take up to 20 minutes to complete, many candidates feel that this is too time consuming. With iPostJobs you have the option of allowing candidates to simply attach their resume to an email and upon receipt, iPostJobs reformats the candidate’s resume into a standardized format for easy review.

If you are currently not using an applicant tracking system, you can use the Response Management functions built into iPostJobs. Candidates can be easily reviewed and ranked into categories with only a few clicks of your mouse. You can easily sort candidates into groups and if desired, send them an email informing them of the status of their application.

Candidate Database

All candidate responses are kept in a secure database for future reference. It is easy to sort and search candidates in the iPostJobs database in many different ways including the original ranking they were given, job skills, job experience, education, etc. A candidate that previously applied may not have been the best choice for the job that they applied for but might have the perfect qualifications for another position in your company.

To insure that our clients are able to get the most from their subscription to the iPostJobs Network, all new clients receive free training. For the remainder of the subscription period, we provide free telephone and email technical support.
